Organization Settings
Display name, default timezone, retention overrides, data export.
Profile
Organization name appears in invoices, reports, and the user-switcher dropdown — so make it something accounting and your teammates will both recognize. Default timezone controls how times render in the UI for new users; each user can override in their personal preferences. Logo shows on PDF reports and as the email header on alert notifications.
Data retention
Plan defaults: Free 7 days, Pro 30, Business 90, Enterprise custom. You can shorten retention below your plan's default if you want — useful for compliance reasons (a 90-day plan customer who only wants 14 days kept). What you can't do is extend beyond your plan; that requires upgrading.
Data export
One-shot full data export: every server, every snapshot, alert history, log entries — bundled as a tar.gz delivered to S3, GCS, or direct download. Useful for off-platform analysis, archival, or migration off MonPG.
Settings → Data → Request export. The bundle is ready in 2-24 hours depending on how much data you have. We email when it's ready.
Delete organization
Settings → Danger zone → Delete organization. Owner role required, plus a 7-day cool-off before actual deletion. During the cool-off any email confirmation can cancel. After deletion, the data is unrecoverable — that's the deal with deletion.
Audit log
Every admin action is logged: member invited, role changed, server added or removed, API key created or revoked, plan changed. Settings → Audit log is searchable, filterable, and CSV-exportable. Most teams export this once a quarter for whoever cares about access reviews.
