1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MonPG ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service Description

MonPG provides PostgreSQL database monitoring, performance analysis, and optimization tools. The Service includes a collector agent that runs in your environment and a cloud-based dashboard for visualization and alerting.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

6. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
